In 2017, Elke S. Laughlin set out to create a unique industry niche by establishing Laughlin Consulting Group. A management consulting firm geared exclusively to the commercial real estate industry focusing on change management, organizational, and leadership development services.

Elke is a highly energetic and dynamic leader who brings a unique perspective to the consultancy world. She has 30 years of industry experience in various facets of commercial real estate, from a privately-held regional brokerage firm to a global, publicly traded, Fortune 500 and S&P 500 corporation.

Foremost, Elke is a strategist who understands both organizational and human capital. She brings a distinct talent to assisting clients in creating and implementing strategic change, professional and leadership development and sales training due to her keen understanding of sales management and human behavior in a sales environment.

Elke is a teacher at heart, having served as an Adjunct Professor at The University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business Sales Excellence Institute. In addition, she has guest lectured at the Real Estate Center at Texas A&M Mays College of Business and The Lipsey School of Real Estate in Orlando, Florida.
