David and his partner Jack Hayes founded NAI G2 Commercial in 2018, one of this region’s largest and most experienced full-service commercial brokerages. He has over 30 years experience in commercial real estate, project management, and marketing and is one of West Georgia/East Alabama’s most active and experienced CRE professionals, recognized as a leader in Industrial and Office brokerage.

Among other duties, David has served as Chairman of the Columbus Board of Realtors Commercial Committee, Chairman of the Columbus Board of Historic and Architectural Review, Chairman of The Chattahoochee River Club, a member of the Columbus Planning Advisory Commission, the Our House Advisory Board, and Christ Community Church’s Board of Trustees. He currently serves on Piedmont Columbus Regional’s Foundation Board. David is also a licensed Architect.

His broad experience and professional background gives him a unique and value-added perspective in evaluating and successfully marketing property for his clients. David’s primary focus and expertise is Industrial and Office property leasing, sales, and consulting.
