Bob Kaplan is a commercial real estate veteran who brings 21 years of experience in brokerage and brokerage management to his practice. His commercial real estate experience spans numerous products including apartments, land, mobile home parks, retail, office, and industrial properties. During his career in brokerage, Bob has advised on and closed over 200 transactions valued in excess of $600 million. His clients have ranged from owner operators, family offices, private REITS, real estate advisors, lenders, and real estate entrepreneurs. Bob is now focusing his business in the outdoor hospitality industry, most specifically on advising owners and buyers of RV parks and campgrounds.
