James is a Senior Director and Owner at NAI UK having previously been a Director at CBRE, within their Advisory & Transaction Services team. At NAI UK, James specialises in providing services to occupier clients across the globe and having worked in both the UK and US, James’ experience and knowledge of global occupier markets is exemplary. James has provided strategic management and planning of international real estate portfolios to businesses across a range of sectors including banking and finance, IT/telecoms, data centres, life sciences and flex providers across the globe on over five million square feet of commercial. 

Over recent years, James has supported a range of clients across the globe:

• Account manager for AbbVie on their non US sites, providing global transaction management services for approx. 100 sites across the globe, totalling  in excess of 2 m sq ft. Worked alongside the client Portfolio Managers to integrate the Allergan portfolio within the AbbVie footprint.
• Providing transaction management and global portfolio support services to IHSMarkit (now S&P Global) across 800,000 sq ft.
• Account manager for Lumen Technologies on their EMEA portfolio, providing transaction management services for approx. 150 sites within EMEA.
• Transaction Management and Account Management for EdgeConnex on EMEA region expansion. Acquired 15+ sites within EMEA totalling approx. 2 m sft for data centre use.
• Other notable clients where James has represented from an account level and/or transaction management basis, include HSBC (UK & EMEA), Boeing (EMEA), McGraw Hill Companies (now S&P Global), Industrious, Hana, and Asurion (EMEA, APAC & LATAM).
