Tina Lichens, SVP of broker operations at LightBox, oversees operations and strategy for the firm’s broker solutions’ business line including RCM, LandVision and ClientLook. In this role, Tina leads the continued development and advancements for the suite of technology and data products designed for CRE brokers and brokerage firms. She holds deep relationships with several key broker and investor multifamily clients including LivCor, Waterton, Walton Street Capital and Fairfield Residential. 

Prior the acquisition of Real Capital Markets (RCM) by LightBox in 2020, Tina spent nearly two decades in progressive leadership roles supporting the platform, expanding its market position, guiding its strong growth trajectory and helping raise its industry profile. She served RCM as a Chief Operations Officer, Managing Director and Director of Client Services and as a Director of Research establishing processes and protocols that became the foundation for RCM’s success.

Prior to Real Capital Markets, Tina was a senior manager at CoStar Group where she led research and COMPS report publications for the Southern California markets as well as the Southeastern region of the U.S.

Tina earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Berkeley. In 2022, she was recognized as GlobeSt’s “Women of Influence”. She is an established subject-matter-expert and leader within the CRE industry and regularly speaks at broker events and meetings on capital markets and investment trends across different property asset types. Tina has been interviewed and quoted by a wide range of media outlets including Bisnow, Commercial Property Executive, GlobeSt., Institutional Real Estate Inc. (IREI), Mortgage Professional America (MPA), Multifamily Executive, Multi-Housing News, REBusinessOnline, REjournals and the SIOR Report.
