Beth is responsible for the hands-on management of all operational aspects of the company, providing the leadership, management, and vision necessary to ensure that the company has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and the people and systems in place to effectively grow the organization and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency. Elizabeth oversees the management of over 7 million square feet of real estate including office, medical, industrial space as well as Homeowners' Associations located in Western Massachusetts and northern Connecticut, and 3 million square feet of retail space nationwide. Elizabeth serves as Chair on the Leadership Board of the NAI Global Property Management Council, meeting frequently to share best practices and discuss a variety of topics including new technology for efficient and effective property management.

Beth is committed to providing highly responsive and personalized service, resulting in innovative management solutions that meet our clients' immediate and long-range business objectives. She continues her involvement with retail properties in her capacity with the firm, responsible for the oversight and coordination of property inspections and maintenance of 3 million square feet of excess retail space.
