We will be discussing the current state of the real estate financing/debt markets with Rob Russell, President of Special Servicing and Commercial Mortgage Underwriting for Greystone. We will discuss the impact of the increased interest rate environment on mortgage underwriting and get Rob’s perspective on what types of deals can be financed in the existing, constrained debt markets. We will also look at where Rob thinks the markets are headed over the next 12 months.
