Scope of Experience

Nick Lee, SIOR, CCIM serves as the President of the Office Division for NAI Robert Lynn. He is responsible for the growth and direction of the office team in Dallas, Fort Worth and Houston, including the Office Tenant Representation and the Agency Leasing groups. Today, the division closes more than 475 transactions annually. He also serves as Principal at NAI Robert Lynn, which ranks in DFW’s top 2 highest producing tenant representation firms by number of transactions.

Mr. Lee and his team specialize in tenant representation, serving numerous local, national, and international companies. He advises clients on lease relocations, renewals, site selection, building purchases, sales, subleases, build-to-suits, design-builds and sale/leasebacks. In addition, he and his team have extensive knowledge in securing advantageous financial concession packages including economic incentives from city and state municipalities.
