Bjarne Bauer is a Managing Partner at the NAI Sophia Group Shanghai. He has worked in the commercial real estate industry for 23 years: 4 in Germany and 19 in China and is a pioneer in tenant representation and buyer representation.

Bauer's transaction volume as of today consists of over 300 successfully closed transactions with a total value of over USD 2.6 billion. He has extensive hands-on experience in purchase transactions and rental transactions of industrial and office space.
