Eric Chagnon manages and leads NAI Mid-Michigan’s team of full-service property management professionals. Comprised of property accountants, property maintenance, and property and assistant property managers, Eric and team service NAI Mid-Michigan’s portfolio of over 1.5 million sq ft, encompassing 41 commercial properties, and 9 commercial condo association properties.

Eric is integral in facilitating relationships with commercial property investors (owners) and helping to negotiate profitable contracts and secure long-term tenant agreements. In addition, Eric oversees the multi-pronged needs and relationships between the building-owners, financial institutions, stakeholders, and contractors, along with providing expertise as a Court Appointed Receiver.

Eric has been with the property management team since joining the company in 2016. He’s served as a multi-skilled contributor to the company, spearheading technical and administrative support initiatives.

Eric’s early career background includes years of both restaurant and retail management. Later Eric began managing a boutique residential real estate brokerage in 2010. He provided full time administrative support for the primary broker for hundreds of REO transactions and several million dollars of real estate sold.

Eric supported 5 other residential agents in his office and advised them on how to implement technology platforms to streamline and maximize efficiency in their business. Eric licensed for personal sales in Real Estate in late 2014. He was the top producing listing and sales agent in his office for 2015 with over 40 transactions totaling over 3 million in sales. Additionally he managed multi-unit apartments, mixed use apartment/commercial building. After working with banks, investors and asset management companies throughout the years on the residential side, Eric has now transitioned to full time sales with NAI Mid-Michigan.
