Zach Hatch has been with NAI Excel for over 6 years. His real estate practice includes investment properties, development land, raw land, retail leasing representing both landlords and tenants, office sales and leasing, and special-use assets with or without the accompanying business. Zach’s professional experience is built on a foundation of deal structuring and negotiation, evaluations, and asset pricing. He has worked on projects including development land, office expansion, retail leasing, grocery stores, motel/hotel properties, retail investment properties, Tenant representation, landlord representation, professional service firms, and start-up entrepreneurial ventures.

From 2016-2018 Zach went back to school to achieve his dream of earning his Masters in Business Administration Degree from the University of Utah. With an emphasis in Real Estate and Entrepreneurship, Zach was able to participate in many of the courses incorporated in the MRED program which gave him the knowledge and tools needed to succeed as a Commercial Real Estate Broker.
