Lane Neville, Managing Director with NAI Horizon in Phoenix, Arizona has 38 years of diversified real estate experience focused on investment sales, portfolio leasing and site selection. Areas of expertise include disposition, acquisition, competitive bid process, underwriting and land sales. He is proficient in all aspects of marketing and selling of commercial investment properties including medical office / healthcare, office, retail, industrial, multi-family and land. Lane is the Arizona brokerage team leader for NAI Horizon for the Investment Services Group (ISG), Healthcare Advisory Group (HAG) and the Special Asset Solutions group (SAS).

Lane serves in multiple leadership capacities at NAI Horizon. He is an Executive Committee Member and serves on the Board of Directors of NAI Horizon since 2015. He is the corporate Secretary for the parent corporation. Lane was an instrumental force creating and managing the formation of the broker owned entity HCP, the majority shareholder, of NAI Horizon. Lane leads recruiting and training for NAI Horizon.  Mr. Neville has finished in the Top-10 for gross commission income at NAI Horizon every year from 2012 through 2024.  Over his CRE career Lane has completed over 1,600 sale and lease transactions valued in excess of $1.65 billion.
