Ramsauly “Rammy” Bassett is a Partner and Director of Marketing at NAI Miami | Fort Lauderdale, where she leads the firm’s strategic marketing direction and brand growth across the organization. Since joining the company in December 2021, Rammy has quickly advanced through the organization—earning shareholder status in just over a year and becoming the firm’s first Hispanic woman shareholder in 2023.
In her role, Rammy is responsible for executing high-level comprehensive marketing strategies that support business development, drive new opportunities, and strengthen client retention. With an extensive understanding of commercial real estate marketing and a strong background in creative design, she oversees all advertising, public relations, marketing collateral, and brand materials, ensuring consistent messaging and high-impact execution across all platforms where she also manages a marketing team.
Rammy also represents the firm at the global level as a member of NAI Global’s Marketing Leadership Council, one of eight international senior-level marketing professionals focused on strengthening local firm marketing teams and advancing the global brand. Recognized for her commitment, expertise, and vision, she continues to play a key role in supporting NAI Miami | Fort Lauderdale’s long-term success and leadership in the market.
Prior to joining NAI Miami | Fort Lauderdale, Rammy spent eight years at CBRE, supporting the hotels investment team across institutional, boutique, and select-service transactions, while also assisting the specialized office occupier team throughout the tri-county region. She previously worked at Colliers International South Florida, where she supported principals and brokers in leasing and sales across multiple asset types including office, industrial, retail, land, and property management. Rammy also brings residential real estate experience, specializing in short sales and BPOs. She holds an active Florida real estate license and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Advertising from the University of Florida.
