Fittipaldo brings a wealth of experience to the role as he has served in many property management capacities during his 30 year career, the last 9 with NAI Burns Scalo. The NAI Burns Scalo portfolio currently consists of over three million square feet of commercial office and some retail. More recently, he has seen significant growth in in third party managed services with over 500,000 square feet currently under contract.
