Kyle Nagy launched his commercial real estate career in 1999 with GMAC Commercial Mortgage, where he quickly rose to become one of the youngest Vice Presidents nationally. In 2006, he co-founded CommCap Advisors, where he has since originated and closed over $900 million in commercial loans across various capital sources.

Kyle has held prominent leadership roles, including President of NAIOP Southern Nevada and Chairman of the Lied Institute's Executive Council at UNLV. His contributions have earned him multiple honors, such as NAIOP’s Associate Member of the Year, National Developing Leader Award, and recognition as a top finance executive by Vegas Inc.

He holds a B.S. in Business Administration & Economics (Cum Laude) and a Master’s in American History from UNLV. Outside of work, Kyle enjoys reading, youth soccer coaching, off-road adventures, and community service through his church and local outreach initiatives.
