Joe DeSimone founded First Federal Realty DeSimone in 1996. Joe holds an M.B.A. in finance from Regis University in Henderson, Nevada. He also attained a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science, minoring in Economics, from Hobart College in Geneva, New York. In addition to Joe's extensive development portfolio, he is one of the most experienced real estate professionals in Southern Nevada.

Joe's experience and skills include; Real Estate, Finance, Development, Investment, Brokerage, and Business Brokerage.  Negotiating and conducting commercial transactions in Southern Nevada having developed 80+/- professional office buildings. Joe is passionate about business, finance, real estate development, and entrepreneurship.
