Vincent Sadé is the Vice President and Head of Leasing & Capital Deployment at Prologis France, a leading global logistics real estate company. He joined Prologis on July 1, 2021, bringing over a decade of experience in the real estate sector.

In his current role, Sadé oversees the company's real estate operations in the French market. His responsibilities include developing and marketing assets, managing property investments, and fostering customer relationships. His strategic vision and market knowledge are instrumental in advancing Prologis's ambitious development goals in France.

Before joining Prologis, Sadé held several key positions in the real estate industry. He began his career at Hammerson in 2009 as an Asset and Investment Manager and later became Co-Head of Asset Management, Development, and Investment. In 2017, he joined Klépierre, serving as Development Director and subsequently as Leasing Director for France and Belgium. Sadé holds a Master's degree in Management from EM Lyon Business School (2005–2008).

Under his leadership, Prologis France has embarked on innovative projects, such as the "Connect Paris" urban logistics hub. This ambitious development in the Clichy-Batignolles district of Paris aims to create a 67,000 m² multi-level facility dedicated to last-mile distribution.
