Stephanie Kuhlman is the President of the NAI Harmon Group. Prior to 2025, Stephanie led the Real Estate & Development team, focused on large commercial and industrial development for the NAI Harmon Group, and several large projects in multiple states. Stephanie was named President in January of 2025 and oversees a brokerage team of 11 agents with transaction volumes over $110,000,000 annually.

Stephanie started her real estate career in 1990 with the Cavalear Realty Company. In 1992, she joined Danberry Realtors specializing in residential new construction and development and later moved to Danberry’s Commercial division. Stephanie was asked to join the newly created Industrial Developers LTD, now known as the NAI Harmon Group, in 2012 and brings with her a background in sales, marketing, and real estate investment experience. NAI Global is the largest independent broker organization in the world, allowing the NAI Harmon Group to maximize exposure of all of the clients they represent. Together with our sister company, Spartan Logistics, NAI Harmon serves clients in 14 states across the country.

Stephanie served as the Northwest Ohio Realtor Association president in 2023 and currently sits on the executive committee. She also serves on many other community and professional boards.
