Bruno Vetter is an Account Executive at Kolena, where he works with real estate, insurance, and financial services organizations putting AI into document-heavy workflows such as lease abstraction, lease audits, and diligence. He is a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner and brings a change-management lens to AI deployment, focusing on organizational readiness, executive alignment, and whether teams actually adopt what they buy. Bruno came to technology from education. He taught history for four years and designed enterprise training programs for a global manufacturer before joining Kolena. He holds a B.A. from Dartmouth College and a master's in education from the University of Oregon.
