Recognizing the need for quick access to capital to help its clients close real estate transactions, NAI Earle Furman sought to provide a solution and established Appian Investments in 2015.  Appian Investments is a collection of seven closed-end private equity investment funds that have originated or facilitated the acquisition and development of nearly 50 real estate assets with aggregate investment exceeding $800 million.  Appian’s affiliation with NAI Earle Furman, NAI Piedmont Triad, and NAI Columbia enables it to source a deep pool of investment opportunities and to provide clients and partners the ability to successfully execute compelling real estate investments.  Current and past property investments are concentrated primarily in growth markets of the Carolinas with select investments made in Florida, Georgia, and Texas.
