Native Las Vegas resident Bobbi Miracle, CCIM, SIOR, has worked in the commercial real estate industry for more than 25 years and currently serves as Senior Vice President with Commercial Executives Real Estate Services.
Bobbi has established herself as a leading commercial real estate broker in Southern Nevada, specializing in the leasing and sales of office, medical, retail, and industrial properties. A respected industry leader, she served as President of the Southern Nevada CCIM Chapter in both 2011 and 2022. She has chaired the chapters Education Committee for years, served on the CCIM Chapter Board of Directors for 12 years, and is a longtime volunteer for the chapters annual Wine Soirée fundraiser.
On a national level, Bobbi has been honored to serve on the CCIM Institute Board of Directors, Executive Committee, Finance Committee, and multiple national committees. She is a proud graduate of the Jay W. Levine Leadership Development Academy and is a Senior CCIM Institute Instructor.
Locally, Bobbi is active with Las Vegas Realtors, where she serves as a commercial real estate instructor, the current dean of faculty, and has also served as a Trustee on both BORPAC and NVPAC, the Realtor Political Action Committees.
Bobbi has served on the Southern Nevada SIOR Chapter Board of Directors as Education Chair and is a graduate of NAIOP’s Developing Leaders Institute. She was also honored to complete a two-year term as one of 21 community leaders appointed to the Southern Nevada Water Authority’s Integrated Resource Planning Advisory Committee, helping guide long-term water resource planning for Southern Nevada.
Her professional recognitions include Las Vegas REALTOR® Hall of Fame Inductee, The CCIM Institute Volunteer of the Year, Las Vegas Commercial Alliance Member of the Year, Southern Nevada CCIM Chapter Committee Member of the Year, and the chapter’s highest honor, the Gregg Corlyn Award, recognizing outstanding service and leadership.
Bobbi earned her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2001. She has since earned the prestigious designations of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) in 2005, Society of Office and Industrial Realtors® (SIOR) in 2014, and Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) in 2015.
