Tina Pappas is a respected leader in the commercial real estate industry with more than three decades of experience building and leading high-performing real estate organizations throughout the Puget Sound region. As President of NAI Puget Sound Properties, Tina leads one of the region’s leading commercial real estate brokerage and advisory firms with a focus on growth, strategic partnerships, talent development and building a culture where people thrive.

Prior to joining NAI Puget Sound Properties, Tina served as President of TPS, where she led both commercial and multifamily real estate teams. She previously managed the commercial real estate portfolio for Bill & Melinda Gates (BMGI) Investments and was a founding member and President of Egis Real Estate Services, which grew out of Fisher Properties. She began her career at Colliers.

Tina has been recognized as one of the Puget Sound region’s 100 Most Influential Leaders, was inducted into the 40 Under 40 Hall of Fame following her recognition as one of Seattle’s 40 Under 40 in 2008 and was named a CREW Woman of Influence in commercial real estate. She also served as 2020 President of the NAIOP Washington State Chapter, reflecting her longstanding commitment to advancing the commercial real estate industry and supporting its next generation of leaders.
