Cancellation Policy

 

All cancellations must be in writing. 

 

Cancellations received before December 10, 2021, will be charged a processing fee of $75 per attendee. You have the option to receive an event credit to be used the following year (2023) or a refund less the $75 processing fee. 

 

Cancellations received on or after December 10, 2021, will be charged a processing fee of $125 per attendee. You will only be able to receive an event credit to be used the following year (2023) or a refund less the $125 processing fee.

 

Cancellations received on or after January 31, 2022, will receive an event credit to be used the following year (2023).

 

*In either case, you may send a substitute in your place without a penalty.

 

Non-Refundable Instances

  • No refunds will be made for no-shows 
  • Special events (tours) are nonrefundable 

 

Cancellation notices should be sent to NAI@eventlinkintl.com.  

 

Should this event be canceled or postponed due to strict rules and regulations regarding COVID-19, all registrants will receive a refund in the form of a CREDIT for the next scheduled event. A processing fee will not be deducted in this instance.
