This session will help you take your team to the next level by discovering your personal leadership mindsets, explaining metrics you can use to assess your team members’ performance and by answering the key questions that determine how PDMs and team members interact.  

3:15pm - How to Salvage an Agent or Employee Who Has Checked Out

More than 65 percent of all performance issues are because of attitude and willingness problems. This session will help you better manage your team members’ “skills” and “wills” in order to keep them motivated over the long term. You will learn signs of burnout, the role of coaching in fixing agent/employee problems and how to use key motivational elements to “bring back” people who are no longer engaged.
