Discount Codes

If you are eligible for a discount based on your attendee type or home country, the discount will automatically appear for your use to apply on the payment page in the discount code box.
If you have a registration discount code OR a credit from a previous event from NAI Global, please enter your unique code at the end of the registration process on the Payment screen in the box labeled "Discount Code". Discounts must be submitted at the original time of registration, and cannot be applied retroactively.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be in writing.
Cancellations received before December 31, 2022*, will be charged a processing fee of $75 per attendee. You have the option to receive an event credit to be used the following year (2024) or a credit card refund.
Cancellations received on or after December 31, 2022*, will be charged a processing fee of $125 per attendee. You have the option to receive an event credit to be used the following year (2024) or a credit card refund.
Cancellations received on or after January 31, 2023*, will receive an event credit to be used the following year (2024).

*In any case, you may send a substitute in your place without a penalty.

Non-Refundable Instances
- No refunds will be made for no-shows
- Special events (tours) are nonrefundable

Should this event be canceled or postponed due to strict rules and regulations regarding COVID-19, all registrants will receive a refund in the form of a CREDIT for the next scheduled event. A processing fee will not be deducted in this instance.
