Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellations must be in writing. 
  • All registration(s) are subject to a full refund up to 72 hours after purchase. 
  • Cancellations received by December 31, 2025, will be refunded less a processing fee of $75 per attendee. 
  • Cancellations received between January 1 – January 30, 2026, will be refunded less a processing fee of $150 per attendee. 
  • Cancellations received between January 31 – February 13, 2026, will not be refunded.

Non-Refundable Instances

  • No refunds will be given for no-shows 
  • Special events (tours) are nonrefundable 

 

NAI Global reserves the right to change elements of the event including, but not limited to, the event date, venue, timing, and content line-up.

Should this event be canceled or postponed due to an act that was beyond NAI Global's reasonable control (for example, a natural disaster, act of war or terrorism, riot, labor condition, health pandemic, or governmental action), all registrants will receive a full refund. A processing fee will not be deducted in this instance.
