When to Arrive: 

• ’27 Board Members & Past Chairs: We encourage you to arrive by 5:00pm CST on Sunday, January 17. (This group will receive a personal calendar entry for the meeting date, time, and location.)
• Young Professionals: Please arrive by 12:00pm CST on Monday, January 18. 
• All Other Attendees: Please plan to arrive no later than 4:00pm CST on Monday, January 18.

When to Depart: 

• All NAI attendees should plan to depart on the morning of Thursday, January 21.

All attendees are responsible for booking their own flights. You will fly into Nashville International Airport (BNA). The Grand Hyatt Nashville is approximately a 15-minute drive from BNA.
