Attire
Q: What is the attire for the Leadership Summit?
A: Attire throughout the event is business casual. Appropriate attire includes slacks or khakis, dress shirts or blouses, open-collar or polo shirts, a tailored blazer, knit shirts or sweaters, and loafers or dress shoes that cover all or most of the foot. Baseball caps are not allowed. We suggest bringing a light outer layer, as the conference space may be cold.
Cancellation Policy
Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: All registration(s) are subject to a full refund up to 72 hours after purchase. Any cancellations made thereafter will receive a refund less a $150 processing fee. Cancellations made at or after 12:00am ET on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, are not eligible for a refund.
- NAI Global reserves the right to change elements of the event including, but not limited to, the event date, venue, timing, and content line-up.
- Cancellations for illness and travel issues are not eligible for a refund.
- Should this event be canceled or postponed due to an act that was beyond NAI Global's reasonable control (for example, a natural disaster, act of war or terrorism, riot, labor condition, health pandemic, or governmental action), all registrants will receive a full refund. A processing fee will not be deducted in this instance.
Guests
Q: Can I bring a guest to NAI Global-hosted events?
A: Yes, you’re welcome to bring a guest. A fee of $350 will apply. If you need to register more than (1) guest, please contact the NAI Global Events Team. Please note, guests must be 21+ to attend any receptions or evening functions.
Q: How do I register my guest?
A: Once you’ve completed your own registration, but before payment, click the “Add Another Person” button and follow the prompts to register your guest.
Property Management Conference
Q: How do I register for the Property Management Conference?
A: Please register for the Leadership Summit and follow the prompts to add on the Property Management Conference pass. Payment for both events will be collected before completing registration.
Q: When should I arrive?
A: Plan to arrive on Sunday, October 4, as the Property Management Conference will begin at 9:00am on Monday, October 5.
Q: How does the Property Management Conference agenda overlap with the Leadership Summit agenda?
A: You will be invited to attend any meeting that the Property Management Conference hosts from Monday, October 5 – Wednesday, October 7. Property Management Conference attendees will attend some of the Leadership Summit meals, as well as the Global Market Outlook event. Once the agenda is finalized, it will be posted here.
Registration
Q: Are discount codes available this year?
A: Yes, there will be a discount code provided if you are staying at the Westin Irving Convention Center for a minimum of (2) nights. The discount code will appear on the payment page.
Q: How do I submit changes to a registration form already processed?
A: Once your registration is complete, you can log back in or contact the NAI Global Events Team via email at NAI@gobrightspot.com.
