Please review the information below before you begin registration.

Step 1: Plan Your Travel
Please review the agenda before making your travel arrangements. If you have questions about arrival and departure times, please contact the NAI Global Events Team.
When to Arrive:
- Leadership Board Members: We encourage you to arrive by 4:00pm on Sunday, October 4. If your committee meets in the morning on Monday, October 5, please plan to arrive before your session begins. If your committee meets in the afternoon, plan to arrive before the Board Luncheon at 12:15pm.
- All Other Attendees: Please arrive for the Welcome Reception, taking place at 5:45pm on Monday, October 5.
When to Depart:
- All attendees may depart after the General Session concludes at 12:30pm on Wednesday, October 7.

Step 2: Book Your Flights
All attendees are responsible for booking their own flights. The following airports serve major airlines and are conveniently located near the Westin Irving Convention Center:
- Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) – approximately 7.5 miles away
- Dallas Love Field Airport (DAL) – approximately 10 miles away

Step 3: Reserve Your Hotel Room
Please visit the Hotel page for details on reserving your room at the Westin Irving Convention Center. Please note that all attendees are responsible for booking their own accommodations; a booking link is provided for your convenience.

Step 4: Complete Registration
Once you have booked your flights and reserved your hotel room, please proceed to the Registration page. The discount code for staying at the Westin Irving Convention Center at Las Colinas will be displayed on the payment page after you enter your registration information. Please note that a minimum two (2) night stay at the host hotel is required to receive the registration discount.
