Cancellation Policy

All registration(s) are subject to a full refund up to 72 hours after purchase. Any cancellations made thereafter will receive a refund less a $150 processing fee. All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the event start time.  

• NAI Global reserves the right to change elements of the event including, but not limited to, the event date, venue, timing, and content line-up.
• Cancellations for illness and travel issues are not eligible for a refund.  
• Should this event be canceled or postponed due to an act that was beyond NAI Global's reasonable control (for example, a natural disaster, act of war or terrorism, riot, labor condition, health pandemic, or governmental action), all registrants will receive a full refund. A processing fee will not be deducted in this instance.
