All registration(s) are subject to a full refund up to 72 hours after purchase. Any cancellations made thereafter will receive a refund less a $150 processing fee. All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the event start time.
NAI Global reserves the right to change elements of the event including, but not limited to, the event date, venue, timing, and content line-up.
Cancellations for illness and travel issues are not eligible for a refund.
Should this event be canceled or postponed due to an act that was beyond NAI Global's reasonable control (for example, a natural disaster, act of war or terrorism, riot, labor condition, health pandemic, or governmental action), all registrants will receive a full refund. A processing fee will not be deducted in this instance.
